Support requests must be made through our designated help desk at support@scorpagency.com. Development services are billed at an hourly rate of $120. Specific terms and conditions may apply to such services, which will be outlined in a separate agreement.

20. Subscription Plans and Commitment

Our maintenance subscription plans are offered with a minimum commitment period of six months. Details of what is included in these plans and the terms of service will be provided at the time of subscription.
