Refunds

We offer a straightforward refund policy:

1. Website Maintenance Subscription:
We offer a 14-day free cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days without penalty.

2. Speed Optimization Services:
We aim to improve your website’s speed based on PSI (Page Speed Insights) and GtMetrix reports. If we cannot achieve a score above 80 for mobile and 90 for desktop on PSI and above 85 on GtMetrix for the Premium and E-commerce plans, you may request a full refund within 10 days from the date of service completion. Contact us to start the refund process (we dont offer a refund for the Standard speed optimization package).

3. Malware Removal Services:
Our malware removal services are designed to restore the security of your website. If we fail to remove the identified malware, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of service completion. Contact us to begin the refund process.

Processing Time:
Upon receiving a refund request, we typically process the refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Service Cancellation:
Once a refund is approved and processed, the corresponding service will be canceled, and any changes made as part of the service may be reverted.
